Delivery and Packaging

Delivery:

Orders will normally be dispatched within 1-2 business days subject to availability. Delivery by our courier is normally overnight from dispatch, depending on the area delivered to in the UK. Therefore, we aim to have your order to you within 3-4 days from day of order. Our delivery charge is currently £3.95 for deliveries to Mainland UK. This will be added to your checkout total once you have entered your address. 

Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50.00. Continue adding products to your shopping basket and the £3.95 delivery charge will automatically be removed once your order total goes over £50.00.

For delivery charges outside Mainland UK, please contact us to confirm delivery charges at info@loofco.co.uk or Tel 01892 616871. Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside of Mainland UK then we will contact you by email if there has to be a postage surcharge. You will then have the choice to cancel the order or go ahead with the updated delivery charge.

If possible and convenient, please let us know if there is somewhere to leave your parcel if you are going to be out eg 'behind gate', 'by back door', 'with neighbour at no42' etc. This will avoid you have to rearrange a delivery from a courier.

We can deliver to mainland Europe, but each parcel delivery charge will be calculated on a case by case basis dependent on weight of your order. So, if you are outside of Mainland UK and would like to order, please email Lois on info@loofco.co.uk with your order requirements and then we can give you the exact delivery charge and you can decide if you would like to go ahead.

Packaging:

We aim to reuse all of our cardboard boxes to send out our parcels. All of these boxes are then recyclable or reusable by you.
We pack our parcels with shredded paper or recycled tissue paper that all comes from our offices and warehouse. This is biodegradable or recyclable.
